เมื่อฉันเป็นผู้นำ... When I am a team leader...

ฉันเริ่มต้นชีวิตการทำงานใหม่ในตำแหน่งที่สูงขึ้นในระดับผู้นำทีม นับเป็นอีกก้าวหนึ่งที่ฉันเข้าคว้าโอกาสที่ฉันตั้งใจไว้ได้สำเร็จ การนำทีมถือเป็นเรื่องใหม่มากสำหรับฉัน เพราะฉันได้เรียนรู้ที่จะสอนงานน้อง ๆ ในทีม บริหารเวลาเพื่อทำงานของตัวเอง และสิ่งสำคัญไม่แพ้กันคงเป็นเรื่องของการดูแลจิตใจของน้อง ๆ ในทีมให้ทำงานอย่างมีความสุข

แม้ฉันยังไม่ได้อยู่ในตำแหน่งบริหารระดับสูง แต่ฉันเองถือเป็นตำแหน่งบริหารระดับต้นที่เป็นตัวกลางระหว่างทีมและผู้บริหาร นั่นย่อมหมายถึงการที่ฉันอยู่ในฐานะที่มองเห็นถึงความรู้สึกนึกคิดและจิตใจของคนสองระดับอย่างแจ่มชัด ถึงตรงนี้ทำให้ฉันรู้เลยทันทีว่า การได้ลูกน้องที่ดีถือเป็นโชคดีอย่างยิ่งในชีวิตการเป็นผู้นำ และการรักษาลูกน้องที่ดีไว้ย่อมเป็นเรื่องที่ท้าทายไม่น้อยไปกว่าการนำพาทีมให้ประสบความสำเร็จ ฉันรู้สึกว่าฉันโชคดี... โชคดีที่ฉันได้พบเพื่อนร่วมงานที่ดี และได้น้องในทีมที่น่ารักทุกคน ขอบคุณสำหรับกำลังใจจากน้องคนหนึ่ง ที่เดินมาบอกฉันว่าเธอรู้สึกดีใจและรู้สึกโชคดีที่ได้มาอยู่ในทีมของฉัน เพราะสำหรับเธอแล้วฉันเป็นมากกว่าหัวหน้าทั่วไป... ซึ่งเธอเองไม่รู้เลยว่าคำพูดของเธอในวันนั้นถือเป็นแรงบันดาลใจให้ฉันเรียนรู้ที่จะเป็นนายคนให้ดีขึ้นในทุก ๆ วันเช่นกัน...

I recently started my new career in a higher position as a team leader. It is one more step I grab a good chance successfully. To lead a team is new to myself; I learn to teach team members works, learn to manage my works. One of the most important things seems to be taking care my team members work happily.

Although I am not yet in a high level but my position is a middium one between management and operation level. This makes me see thought and mind of people in those level vividly. I suddenly realized that it is a great luck when whoever works as a team leader and has those good team members. And to keep those who are good is also challenge the same as we have to bring succeed to the team at the same time. I feel that I am lucky that I have good colleagues and my team members. Thanks to one of them who came to me and expressed, she feels glad and lucky to has me as her leader as I am even more than just her boss but her inspiration to be a good leader once when she will be in the future... She doesn't know neither that her words on that day inspired myself to be a better boss everyday too!
