กุ๊กชม...กุ๊ก 5 ดาวของชาวบ้าน..."Chef Chom"... The Five-Star-Chef of Two-Star People

พื้นที่บนบล็อกของฉัน คือเวทีที่ฉันสามารถแสดงความคิดเห็น ความรู้สึกและตัวตนของฉัน ซึ่งแน่นอนว่า เรื่องราวทั้งหมดนี้ย่อมเป็นเรื่องที่มีค่าต่อจิตใจของฉัน วันนี้ฉันขอมองพื้นที่นี้เพื่อชื่นชม " กุ๊กชม " กุ๊ก 5 ดาวของชาวบ้าน


ร้านของกุ๊กชมตั้งอยู่ใกล้กับท่าเรือข้ามฟากเทเวศร์ ปิดทุกวันพุธ เปิดตั้งแต่ 10 โมงเช้า ถึง 1 ทุ่ม เพราะความที่กุ๊กชมเป็นคนน่ารัก อัธยาศัยดี กับทั้งฝีมือการทำอาหารที่ผ่านประสบการณ์จากโรงแรม 5 ดาว มายาวนาน ทำให้เราต้องต่อคิวนานเพราะมีลูกค้าไปอุดหนุนกันมาก แต่นั่นไม่ทำให้ฉันรู้สึกหงุดหงิดใจที่ต้องรอนานเลยแม้แต่น้อย เพราะฉันอยากเห็นคนเราในสังคม ให้กำลังใจและส่งเสริมคนดีในสังคมกันให้มาก ๆ


นอกจากรสชาติอาหารที่อร่อยไม่ต้องพูดถึงแล้ว ราคายังถูกแบบว่าชาวบ้านร้านตลาดอย่างเรา ๆ ฉันเห็นกุ๊กชมต้อนรับลูกค้าและเสริฟด้วยตัวเอง ตอบทุกคำถามที่ลูกค้าถามเกี่ยวกับสูตรอาหารโดยไม่หวง ฉันถามกุ๊กชมว่า ทำไมไม่กลัวคนจะมาเรียนรู้สูตรแล้วเอาไปเปิดร้านแข่งกับเขา ฟังคำตอบต่อไปนี้ให้ดีนะคะ แล้วคุณจะอึ้ง.... เขาว่า " ผมอยากให้คนมาเรียนรู้การทำอาหารจากผมให้มาก ๆ เอาไปทำกินกันให้อร่อย ไม่ต้องไปซื้อเขากินแพง ๆ และถ้าใครจะเอาไปประกอบอาชีพได้ยิ่งดีใหญ่ " ... ฉันได้แต่อมยิ้มในคำตอบนั้นอย่างชื่นชม


และไม่ใช่เขาพูดเพื่อให้คนเห็นว่าเขาดี แต่เขาเปิดโอกาสให้คนที่สนใจการทำอาหารมาเรียนกับเขาได้ฟรีจริง ๆ โดยเป็นผู้ช่วยเขา ครอสละประมาณ 10 คน โดยทุกคนที่มาช่วยนอกจากจะได้ความรู้กลับบ้านไปแล้วยังได้ค่าแรงอีกด้วย... ฉันเองกำลังหาเวลาไปขอความรู้จากกุ๊กชมเผื่อวันนึงจะได้มีฝีมือติดตัวกับเขาไว้ทำให้คนที่ฉันรักทานบ้าง แหะ... แหะ... ;) ติดต่อกุ๊กชมได้ค่ะ ที่หมายเลข 02: 628-8208 ช่วยกันไปอุดหนุนกุ๊กชมกันเยอะ ๆ นะคะ แต่ที่แน่ ๆ สงสัยฉันจะอุดหนุนกุ๊กชมเยอะไปหน่อย ตอนนี้ฉันกำลังอ้วนกลม... ขึ้นทุกวันค่ะ กำลังน่ากอดเลยทีเดียว

ลาจากันวันนี้กับภาพอาหารฝีมือกุ๊กชม กับประโยคที่กินใจฉันเหลือเกิน " ผมลำบากมามาก และวันนี้ผมมีมากแล้ว ผมอยากให้อะไรกับสังคมบ้าง " ... ขออนุโมทนาในจิตใจอันดีงามของชายผู้นี้ด้วยใจจริงค่ะ

On my blog is as a stage where I could express my thought, my feeling or show the way how I am. Of course, what I write is all the thing that is value and connects to my heart and my mind. Today I would like to share this space for appreciating " Chef Chom " : The 5-Star Chef of "2-Star" People.


The small food shop of chef Chom is located close by Thevet pier. His shop is closed every Wednesday and is opened at 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. Because of his friendliness and his experience in cooking in the 5 stars hotels made me stand in line so long time. But it did not make me feel annoyed because I would like to see people support a good person.

The tast of food was so delicious!!! No explanation except to try on your own... Prices are very cheap amazingly!!! I saw he welcomed customers and served himself happily. Especially, he answered every question customers asked, even his secret in good cooking without any concern if somebody would copy his ideas and becomes his competitor. I had a chance to have a small talk and asked him concerning this Listen to his answer carefully - - - you might be shocked... " I would like people learn to cook from me and cook happily, no need to buy food from the others for saving money. Particularly, I would be so glad if my experiences could give a chance to people for making business and making their living " I smiled happily and sensed this honest answer cames from his heart from deep inside.


He did not only say it for a good image of himself but he gave people chances to learn cooking with him for free 10 persons per course as his assistants. Not only the know-how of cooking that his assistants will get from him but also the small money which represents his thankfulness that they support him.... I am finding the time to be his assistant, I wished to cook for my dear (in the future). hahaha... ;) You guys can contact him with this number : 66 (0) 2 628-8208, please support a good people for our good society! Maybe I supported his business toooooooooooo much... I am now geting fat and fat like a balloon everyday a little bit more ;) but it is good for hugging like a teddy bear! isn't it?


I am leaving... the last thing I would like to share is some of photos of food... yummy!...yummy! together with his words which still touched in my mind... " I faced a hard life in the past but today I have money... and I am enough. I would like to give something back to our society " ... Chef Chom, your good heart is highly appreciated... :)
